Reverse Swing will be crucial in Worldcup: Inzi

Former Pakistan skipper and middle order batsman Inzamam-ul-Haq has predicted that the reverse swing will play crucial role in the outcome of the matches in the World Cup 2011.
Inzi was talking exclusively to media at the opening ceremony of cricket academy of Moin Khan. “Apart from reverse swing, weather will also be a key factor here and toss will also play its part too in deciding teams’ fate,” Inzi said.
Inzi praised the decision of inducting new talent Junaid Khan in the Pakistan’s World Cup team and said, “He is a very good young prospect and has performed well in the domestic circuits and with Pakistan A team. Junaid should be given chance at the early stage of the tournament as this will help him to get his confidence at international level.”
“All the selection has been made and now this is time that we should support our team. All the players should listen to their skipper and cooperate with him. Pakistan players shouldn’t take pressure of the mega event and control their nerves and concentrate on their natural games. Pakistan has a good chance of making into the top four and along with Pakistan I can see Australia, England and India as the other semi finalists. South Africa and Sri Lanka have good prospects too in the World Cup.”
Inzi also supported the format of the 2011 World Cup and said, “The format for this World Cup is good and it gives equal chances to every team as they will play minimum six matches in the competition. The teams will have a chance of making a comeback if they had a poor start in the tournament.”
